Hi there! I’m Susan, founder of BE Talent Design, and I’m all about helping people and teams grow, thrive, and crush their goals. I’ve always been on the “people path”—I love being part of a team, celebrating everyone’s unique gifts, and encouraging others to be their best. This passion led me to earn a master’s in Career Development so I could help others find careers that truly light them up.
To deepen my learning and expertise, I pursued a Master Coach Certification with Martha Beck Inc. and became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. I’m dedicated to helping people discover what makes them unique and turn those strengths into success.
For over 15 years, I’ve been on a mission through my coaching and consulting business to help leaders, teams, and professionals unlock their full potential. Whether it’s elevating leadership skills, guiding teams to leverage their strengths, or creating empowering cultures, I’m committed to building workplaces where everyone can show up authentically, collaborate effectively, and achieve big things.

Behind the Scenes
I live in Meridian, Idaho, with my wonderful husband of 27 years, Steve, our three amazing kids (currently navigating high school and college), and our two big, lovable doodles.
When I’m not immersed in talent work and coaching, you’ll likely find me running, hiking, or doing Pilates. I also enjoy learning Danish, grilling up something delicious, wine tasting, hosting dinner parties, and spending quality time with family and friends. I’m always up for outdoor concerts, exploring new places, and traveling whenever I get the chance.
